Who we are. BRISKRO is an online store for digital gaming goods — EA SPORTS FC coins and accounts, PlayStation and Steam games and subscriptions, and boosting services — operated by the DeaDPooL Store team in Egypt. The company is being incorporated; until then the store owner is responsible for your data and can be reached on the store's WhatsApp.
What we collect. Account: the email, name and profile picture Google provides if you sign in with Google, or your email if you sign in with a code; your phone number later, when WhatsApp verification is added (optional, with your consent). Orders and listings: what you buy or sell, prices, dates and deal-room messages; transfer receipts you upload are stored privately and seen only by finance staff. Squad evaluation: the screenshot you upload and the report; no personal data is stored with it and it is deleted 24 hours after the link expires. Technical: IP address, browser type and a general device fingerprint, used only for fraud prevention and duplicate-account detection. Support: your conversations with support on the site or WhatsApp.
Why. To run your account and orders, verify payment and delivery, resolve disputes, protect buyers and sellers from fraud, improve the site, and send account or order messages (login codes, order status). No marketing messages unless you explicitly opt in.
Who sees it. Store staff by role (support sees order status; finance sees receipts) and the providers that run the site: Supabase (database and sign-in), Cloudflare (hosting and protection), Resend (account email), Google (Google sign-in) and Anthropic (AI reading of squad screenshots — the image only, never your account data). We never sell your data. In deals between users each side sees only a pseudonym; phone numbers and emails are not shared.
Retention. Account data while the account exists; order and payment records 5 years for accounting and disputes; login codes 7 days; transfer receipts 12 months after the order closes; evaluation images 24 hours.
Your rights. Request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account from account settings or through support. Deletion removes personal data and keeps legally required payment records in anonymised form.
Security. All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Credentials of accounts listed for instant delivery are stored encrypted and shown only to the buyer after confirmed payment. We store no passwords: sign-in is Google or an email code.
Children. The site is for users aged 18 and over.
Changes. We update the date above and notify you by email if a change is material.
