Acceptance. By using briskro.com or creating an account you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. You must be 18 or older.
What BRISKRO is. A store for digital gaming goods and a marketplace where registered users list EA SPORTS FC accounts and squads, other game accounts and boosting services. In marketplace deals BRISKRO acts as a broker: it holds the buyer's money until the deal completes and decides disputes. It does not own the accounts sold and does not guarantee publisher (EA, Sony, Valve) behaviour towards accounts.
Account. One account per person; you are responsible for all activity on it; no sharing or selling accounts. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be suspended.
Selling. List only what you own and may sell, described truthfully (platform, web app, original email, games, coins). Open categories are shown on the sell page; coins, PlayStation games, PSN and Steam cards are sold by the store only for now. Delivery types: instant (credentials in an encrypted vault, revealed to the buyer after confirmed payment), manual (delivered in the deal room within your promised time), store-verified (the store inspected, holds and delivers the account). Commission 10% of the sale price, 15% for store-verified, 0% when you offer a guarantee of 7 days or more; none on cancelled orders. New sellers have limits (3 active listings, one open sale) until their first confirmed order.
Buying and payment. Payment is currently by transfer (InstaPay / Vodafone Cash / bank) to the store; finance staff confirm receipt — a receipt image is not proof of payment. An order reserves the item for 60 minutes. Funds stay with the store until the buyer confirms receipt (or automatically 3 days after delivery with no dispute).
Protection and disputes. After receipt there is a protection period of 5 days (or the guarantee if longer). If the account was not delivered, its details are wrong, the original email is missing, or the seller recovered it, open a dispute from the order page with evidence. The seller has 12 hours to respond; the store decides within 3 days: full or partial refund, replacement, or closure. The store's decision is final within the site. Refunds go to site credit immediately, or to the original method within 14 days.
Seller payouts. After the protection period the balance becomes available for payout to an InstaPay/wallet number in your name. New sellers' payouts are delayed a further 7 days. The store may hold balances tied to an open dispute.
Prohibited. Stolen, hacked or bot-generated accounts; taking a started deal off-site; fake reviews; misleading descriptions; any attempt to bypass payment or protection. Violations lead to cancellation, balance holds and account/device bans.
Reviews. Only after a confirmed order, by both sides; no conditioning a review on anything; one edit within 30 days.
Squad evaluation and fair-price tags. AI price estimates are indicative, based on card market prices and the coin rate at calculation time — not an offer to buy and not a guaranteed price.
Liability. The service is provided as is. The store's liability for any order is limited to the order value. The store is not liable for a publisher ban after sale not caused by the store, nor for provider outages.
Termination. You may close your account at any time. The store may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, keeping order records per the privacy policy.
Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Changes are dated above.
